2.Ensure that there is no debris on the track and beside the track

It is easy to cause accidents when the scene is chaotic. Clearly mark the aisle and passage of the electric flat car to ensure that there is no debris on the track, affecting the normal operation of the electric flat car. Ensure sufficient clearance between loading brackets, channel entrances, shelves and corners. Monitor dense points in the workflow to ensure adequate space.

3. Noise and other anomalies

The items that need to be checked regularly during the use of electric flat cars are as follows:

1.The frame axle is loose;

2. Whether the pulley is crooked. The belt is adjusted by the tension screw after loosening the motor foot bolt, which can drive the rated load and cannot be too tight;

3. Each part of the bolt is loose;

4. When the four wheels are off the ground, rotate the motor by hand, the driving wheel can rotate flexibly, and the driven wheel can rotate flexibly by hand.

5. In the bearing seat of the pole, the bearing cover of the reducer should be filled with enough grease, especially in the sealing groove of the head cover, it should be filled with grease, and the conductive frame of the conductive device should be supplemented with grease;

6.The reducer in the winter with 20 gear oil, summer with 30 gear oil, the oil level should be correct;

7. The insulation resistance between low voltage power supply flat car, wheel and car body, friction block and car body is not less than 0.5MΩ;

8.  The guide pole of the low-voltage power supply flat car conductive device should be flexible in the guide frame.
