Ⅴ.Our Services
1. The whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months (batteries and tires are not covered by the warranty.
2. Transportation and mobilization plan: The products shall be transported to the specified place of delivery by road with flatbed trucks entrusted by our company. It can be unloaded by the crane provided by you.
3. During the warranty period, in case of any damage to parts and components due to design, manufacturing quality or procurement errors, Party B shall go to the site to repair and replace the damaged products free of charge, and the warranty period of the replaced parts shall be recalculated from the date of replacement (Party A shall be fully responsible for the man-made damage to the equipment).
4. Party A shall immediately notify Party B of any serious failure of the software and hardware system provided by Party B that Party A is unable to handle and repair, and Party B shall respond and provide solutions within 2 hours after receiving the failure notice. If the problem cannot be solved, Party B shall send technicians to the site within 24 hours.
5. Party B has sufficient spare parts and accessories, and can provide technical services and spare parts services to Party A in a timely manner. Party B guarantees to provide life-long spare parts and technical support for the accessories required by the equipment.
